    I’ve only done reiki once before this session so I was curious to see if I would receive the same feedback. My mind was busy at first but I reminded myself to be open to the experience and allow my mind to be a blank canvas so my imagination could wander with no pressure. I saw different textures and hues, eventually I felt relaxed and fell asleep. I woke up 10 minutes before the session was over and Isabel was right on point with my blockages and energetic strengths. I will say I am always skeptical going into reiki sessions but they have been pretty accurate. The whole experience was beautiful and I left feeling alleviated.
