A Healing Circle Weaving Breathwork and Energy Healing — to Create Softness and Reconnect to the Self.
Sundays are sacred. They’re a soft space between who you’ve been all week and who you’re becoming. For most of us, they’re the one day we finally have a moment to pause, before chaos floods in again.
Rest & Release is an opportunity to take that pause and not just zone out, detaching even more from the Self, but tune back in, reconnecting and recharging so that the next week can be filled with a bit more ease, joy, softness.
This bi-monthly donation-based healing circle was created with the intention of helping you let go of any weight you’ve been carrying — emotionally, energetically, or physically. It’s a gentle reset for your nervous system, and an invitation for softness, ease, and confidence to be at home in the body.
Each session integrates various healing modalities, such as breathwork, simple nervous system regulation exercises, guided meditation, and reiki, depending on what the collective energy is calling for. The intention is always to come back to the body and the heart, meeting yourself right where you are.
This class is especially supportive if you:
• Feel emotionally heavy, overstimulated, or energetically sensitive
• Need structure for your self-care but don’t want a big commitment
• Want a consistent practice and soft space to come back to yourself and refill your cup
Whether you’re decompressing from work, moving through heaviness, or simply want to devote more time for gentleness and rest — this space is yours to find softness in.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your presence, and whatever tools you need to set your space up for comfort (candle, journal, cup of tea, a blanket — or nothing at all).
